Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms cover quotes and work by Down to Earth Pressure Washing, an owner-operated business in Anaheim, California. By booking a job, you agree to them.

Quotes

Quotes are free. A quote based on photos is an estimate. We confirm the final price before any work starts, and we won't add charges you didn't approve. Every job is under $1,000 total, including labor and materials.

Scheduling and cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. If we have to reschedule because of weather or equipment trouble, we'll tell you as early as we can, and there's no charge to you.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished and you've had a chance to look it over. We don't take deposits.

Re-clean and refund policy

If an area we washed isn't clean, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge. If we can't make it right, we'll refund the part of the price for that area.

What washing can't fix

Some stains are permanent, such as deep oil, rust, etching and sun fading. Washing can also expose damage that was already there, like loose or failing paint, cracked grout or worn sealant. We'll point these out before we start when we can see them, but we aren't responsible for pre-existing damage.

Your property

Please give us access to the area and an outdoor water spigot, close windows and doors, and keep pets inside. We block storm drains and capture wash water as Orange County requires.

Photos

We take before and after photos for your records. We'll only use photos of your property in our advertising if you say yes.

License notice

Down to Earth Pressure Washing is not licensed by the California Contractors State License Board. We only take jobs under $1,000 total and don't do work that requires a building permit.
